What is Beyers bass?
A B2C Onlineshop includes a Retail Store.

Are these really original pictures of the bass?
Yes and always! Every stock-bass that can be delivered immediately will be provided with 1:1 photos when it arrives. So exactly the model that is shown will be delivered! Even if the instrument is reordered again and arrives, the new model will be provided with new photos again! Why? So you know what you're getting! Every grain, especially with open-pored instruments, is different again. If we order items that are not yet available, we take corresponding thumbnails.

By the way: We recommend using a PC to view our basses. If you move your mouse over the 1:1 images, you have a zoom function!

Are the photos taken on the floor?
Of course not. We use an extra-soft mat with a wood look. So no, the instruments will not be scratched ;-)

Do you make product videos?
There are a lot of sound examples from manufacturers on the internet, many on the official manufacturer websites or, for example, on YouTube and various channels. We'd rather use this time to land good deals for you from our manufacturers! Make it more fun for you and us!

I would like to configure a Sandberg Bass. How long is the construction period?
Current Status: 20-24 months from receipt of order.

Do you offer payment in installments?
Our branch offer only pay in installments via Paypal. A classic installment payment via a house bank really doesn't make sense due to the amount of paperwork and high processing fees. Our items can be paid for directly with the Paypal button upon purchase, after which you have the option of choosing to pay in installments under Paypal conditions.

I have not received the order confirmation of my order.
Please check the receipt in your spam folder when you have completed your order! Many e-mails that contain attachments (PDFs, etc.) very often end up in spam folders for security reasons. With every order, we send the corresponding invoice and later the corresponding tracking number(s) via email from to the email address you provided!

In which store is the item located?
In Waghausel! All items that you can find on are intended for our branch in Waghäusel and are available for you here regardless of the branches in Bochum or Cologne!

Are the items brandnew?
To 99%! New goods always come from our suppliers in their original packaging. Nevertheless, it very often happens that original boxes or packaging have to be opened, e.g. to compare serial numbers that are not directly visible on the box. However, it is and will remain new with a full guarantee! B-goods with signs of use/defects are also specially marked and described. Our basses are generally and without exception removed from the original packaging and always provided with 1:1 photos! The instruments will then be presented in our sales room for inspection. Nevertheless, they are and will remain brand new with a full guarantee and not display models. Of course, they will be sent back in the original packaging when they are sold. By the way: Sometimes the original packaging is not always the best cardboard box: In these cases, we then ship in more stable packaging for safety reasons...but this is very rare. To be on the safe side: Instruments that show visible signs of use/play and/or damage are marked as B-goods or exhibited items.

Do you do trades?
Often yes, if you decide to buy a higher quality item from us. Just give us a call or send us an email, we'll be happy to make you a fair offer! Alternatively, we offer you to offer your gear on behalf of a customer in our shops and in the retail store! We will explain how this works to you by phone or email.

Does the right of return also apply to used items?
Yes! We also grant a right of return for used items within 14 days of receipt. 

You don't have what interests me in stock. Can you get other manufacturer?
Manufacturers that we don't currently have in stock can usually be sourced without any major problems! Simply ask us about prices and delivery times without obligation. There are only a few exceptions, which we unfortunately cannot order for you due to special contracts between the manufacturers and other retailers.

How long does delivery of my order take?
Typically orders are processed the same day and shipped within 24 hours. Due to the good experiences we have had in recent years, we prefer to ship with DHL. Orders received by 12:00 p.m. often leave our branch on the same day! Important: Orders placed on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday and usually picked up by DHL on the same day!

do you guys have parking possibilities?
Yes, right in front of the shop.

Do you have a Luthier service?
Not yet! We are currently working on a solution and are keeping our eyes open for a guitar service for our branch! When it comes to wood and repair work, we can recommend the guitar maker Rainer Kallenbach! For electronic repairs you can contact the workshop for musicians with a clear conscience.

Can I get a coffee?

I do not like the item that was delivered. What now?
No problem! You can return the goods you have received from us within 14 days of receipt of the goods by returning them at your own costs and without giving a reason, but we would of course be happy to receive brief information via email ( or telephone (07254 -4044300). The only exceptions to the right of return are goods that have been manufactured to customer specifications (e.g. custom basses, etc.) and consumables (strings, care products, etc.). As soon as the item has returned to us in its original condition, we will refund the purchase amount as quickly as possible via the payment method originally selected.

The delivered item is defective or has defects. What now?
In warranty cases, we will send you an online return (package label to print out yourself) via email, which you can use to send the goods back to us conveniently and free of charge! We will take care of the service and support immediately! If you receive an item that has optical or technical defects (unless it is described as B-stock), please contact us in advance at 07254-4044300 or via email to! In many cases, we can arrange a repair/exchange directly with the manufacturer/distributor, which saves us a few shipping routes and the corresponding waiting times!
