The classic Aguilar circuit gets a new look! The Octamizer is an analog octave divider that creates a wide range of musical sounds one octave below the original note.
The Octamizer features independent volume controls for the clean and octave sounds, making it easy to set the exact volume for each. The two separate signal paths also have their own tone controls, specifically designed to enhance and expand the musical possibilities.
The CLEAN TONE control uses a full-spectrum tilt EQ, allowing the treble to be boosted while the bass is cut, and vice versa. This unique circuitry allows you to create a clean sound that creates an octave doubling effect, or blend the two sounds for a great, thick, snappy synth tone. The Octamizer's OCTAVE FILTER control is a multi-pole low-pass filter that can be used to shape the octave's sound from smooth and deep to edgy and synth-like.
